Refund Policy

All items are custom-made to order and are final sale.

  • Returns/Exchanges: Not accepted.

  • Cancellations/Refunds: Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production begins, refunds will not be issued.

  • Issues on delivery: If your item arrives damaged or with a workmanship defect, contact us within [48–72] hours and we’ll work with you on a repair or resolution.
